WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE?
It is a 30min long class, that is more free flowing and focused on Tai Chi as an exercise. You will learn the Yang Style 24 form, and enjoying the exercise experience. The entire class is for all levels of experience and is focused on helping you feel your best. Relax, slow down, and enjoy practicing Tai Chi! Times:
Mondays
12-12:30pm Regular class
12:30-1:00pm Beginner class
Wednesdays
12-12:30pm Regular class
Thursdays
5:00-5:30pm Beginner class
5:30-6:00pm Regular class
Dianne Bailey is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor (level 1) through the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association and leads the Tai Chi program here at the studio.
