WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE?

It is a 45min long class, that is more free flowing and focused on Tai Chi as an exercise. You will learn the linear form, and enjoying the exercise experience.

The entire class is for all levels of experience and is focused on helping you feel your best.  Relax, slow down, and enjoy practicing Tai Chi!

Times:

Mondays: 

  • 11:30am-12noon (Beginning Class)
  • 12noon-12:45pm (Regular Class)

Wednesdays: 

  • 11:30am-12noon (Beginning Class)
  • 12noon-12:45pm (Regular Class)
  • 5:30-6:00pm (Beginning Class)
  • 6:00-6:45pm (Regular Class)

Dianne Bailey is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor (level 1) through the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association and leads the Tai Chi program here at the studio.
